The Guides Kingshot Events

Events Guide

Events are how Kingshot distributes its best rewards. Players who understand the event calendar and play around it progress 2–3x faster than those who ignore it.

Daily Missions — Do These Every Day

Daily missions refresh every 24 hours and are the most consistent source of gems, speed-ups, and resources in the game. They require 5–10 minutes of actual play. Missing them is lost progress that doesn't roll over.

  • Complete all daily tasks for the full chest reward — the final chest contains gems
  • Collect Alliance Help and send help to others as part of your daily routine
  • Fight at least one rebel on the map — contributes to multiple daily and weekly goals simultaneously
  • Donate to Alliance Tech daily for contribution points and Alliance Coins
  • Start a training batch before you log off — idle barracks lose you hours of troop output
Login streak bonus: Kingshot rewards consecutive login days with escalating rewards. Even a 2-minute login on a busy day maintains your streak and pays dividends.

Bear Hunt

Bear Hunt is a recurring alliance event where members collectively damage a massive boss bear that appears on the map. Personal damage scores determine your reward tier — higher damage = better loot, including premium speed-ups, gems, and hero shards.

Key Tips

  • Use the 80 / 0 / 20 Infantry/Archer formation — bears deal heavy frontal damage
  • Send marches as fast as they return — Bear Hunt is won through volume, not individual march power
  • Use Zoe (Infantry, Gen 2) if you have her — she has a passive Bear Hunt damage bonus
  • Blue (Rare) heroes score a significant points multiplier — fill secondary march slots with blue heroes for higher total score than using Legendaries only
  • Heal troops between marches if your hospital has capacity — don't send wounded troops back in
Troop losses matter here: Bear Hunt casualties are real. Ensure your hospital has enough capacity before you send each march. Troops that die (not just wounded) are gone permanently.

Alliance Championship & Swordland Showdown

Alliance Championship is a scheduled PvP event where your alliance fights against other alliances for territory, points, and ranking rewards. It runs on a fixed schedule (check the in-game event calendar). Top-ranked alliances receive premium rewards distributed to all participating members.

Swordland Showdown is a time-limited PvP zone event that rewards players for kills and territory control within a special map zone. The rewards include materials and speed-ups that can't easily be obtained elsewhere.

  • Coordinate rally timing with your R4/R5 before these events — uncoordinated attacks lose badly
  • Have shields ready if you're at risk of being targeted — the window after an event ends is prime raiding time
  • Participate even if your power is modest — group contributions to alliance score still matter
  • Switch to an attack formation (50/20/30 or 50/0/50) before the event and back to defense after

In-Kingdom Events

In-Kingdom events run continuously in the background and reward points for completing actions: building upgrades, research nodes, troop training, rebel kills, and resource gathering. Points accumulate toward reward tiers — each tier unlocks a chest of increasing value.

Key In-Kingdom Events to Watch

Event Type Points From Priority
Development Event Buildings, research, troop training High — aligns with normal daily activity, free points
Kill Event Killing enemy troops (rebels and PvP) High — coordinate with alliance to maximize kills in window
Resource Event Gathering resources from the map Medium — send all gathering marches during this window
Training Event Troop training volume High — queue max training before event starts
Research Event Completing research nodes High — use speed-ups to complete nodes during this window
Batch your actions to events: If you have 10 construction speed-ups saved, don't use them randomly. Wait for a Development Event and use them there for double value — you build faster AND score event points simultaneously.

Kingdom vs Kingdom (KvK)

KvK is the largest-scale event in the game — your entire kingdom competes against another across a 28-day cycle with a Prep Phase (development scoring) and a Battle Phase (cross-kingdom warfare). It hands out the best rewards in the game for top contributors.

  • KvK rewards are tier-based — higher individual contribution score = better rewards
  • Save speed-ups and upgrade materials for the Prep Phase — the same actions score points during prep that score nothing outside it
  • Before Battle Phase: heal all troops, fill hospital beds, shield if under-powered, move your city near alliance territory
  • Don't attack alone — join coordinated rallies for better results and less risk
  • Farm accounts contribute to KvK scores too — coordinate their participation
