The Guides Kingshot End Game

End Game Guide

Late-game Kingshot is alliance warfare at scale. The foundations you built in the early and mid game — heroes, research, troop tier — determine how relevant you are when kingdoms collide.

Power Milestones That Actually Matter

Power (the number on your profile) is a useful rough gauge but a poor measure of battle effectiveness. These are the milestones that actually change what you can do:

Milestone Why It Matters
Town Center 25 Unlocks the second construction queue and meaningful late-game buildings. Major infrastructure gate.
Town Center 30 Unlocks Tier 10 troops. T10 vs T8 or T9 is not a fair fight — this is the biggest single power jump in the game.
T10 Troops Trained Having T10 researched is not enough — you need a full march of T10 fielded. A half-T10 army still loses to a full T10 opponent.
Gen 5+ Heroes Maxed Vivian (Archer) and Thrud (Cavalry) at high star levels represent a significant damage and survivability jump. This is where competitive PvP becomes viable.
War Academy Unlocked Required to begin T11 research. The War Academy requires a fully developed city and substantial Battle tree research to unlock.
T11 Troops End-game troop tier. T11 vs T10 is a meaningful but smaller gap than T10 vs T9. The cost is enormous — worth it only if your alliance competes at the top level of KvK.

Farm Accounts

A farm account is a second (or third, or fourth) account you run on the same device or secondary devices, purely for resource generation. Farm accounts send gathering marches continuously on your behalf, dramatically increasing your daily resource income without spending gems or real money.

Most competitive mid-to-late game players run at least one farm account. End-game players in top alliances often run two or three. The resource gap between a player with farm support and one without is significant at the level where construction and research take days or weeks.

How to Set Up a Farm Account

  • Create a second account on a secondary device or using app twinning features on Android
  • Rush your farm account through the early tutorial using all available speedups — you don't need to develop it fully, just enough to gather efficiently
  • Invest in Economy and gathering research on the farm — you don't need Battle tree investment
  • Max out expedition skills on farm heroes — gathering bonus skills over combat skills
  • Join your main account's alliance with the farm — this enables Help timers and alliance territory protection
  • Keep the farm account shielded or parked inside alliance territory to prevent it from being raided

What to Transfer

Resources can be sent to your main account via the in-game gifting system or by having the farm account fill a resource-starved role in alliance donations, freeing your main to spend its resources on upgrades. Coordinate the flow with your alliance leadership so you don't accidentally over-donate from the farm.

Don't neglect farm protection: A farm account with no shield sitting in contested territory is a free resource piñata for enemies. Always check that your farm is shielded before logging off for the night during active KvK periods.

Competing in KvK

Kingdom vs Kingdom is the defining event of the late game. Your kingdom is matched against another and fights over multiple days for points, territory, and ranking rewards. The top alliances in each kingdom determine the outcome — everyone else contributes or gets farmed.

Before KvK Starts

  • Heal all troops — wounded troops don't fight and dead troops don't come back
  • Stock hospitals to capacity — your hospital capacity determines how many troops can be saved versus dying permanently in a loss
  • Shield under-powered accounts — a 5M power player shielded contributes more long-term than a 5M player who gets zeroed on Day 1
  • Coordinate attack windows with your alliance — the R5 should designate rally leaders and primary targets
  • Switch to battle gear — swap gathering sets for battle sets before any KvK marches

During KvK

  • Join every rally your alliance opens — even small contributions to successful rallies score points
  • Don't open solo marches against organized enemies — you'll lose troops for minimal gain
  • Watch the scoreboard — attack when your kingdom is winning and consolidate when behind
  • High-value targets are enemy R5 cities, alliance flags, and fortresses — coordinate these attacks
Getting zeroed: If an enemy destroys enough of your troops to overflow your hospital, the excess troops die permanently — not wounded, gone. This is called getting "zeroed" and it sets an account back significantly. Shield before sleeping during active KvK.

Sustaining Long-Term Progress

Kingshot rewards consistency over intensity. The players who top kingdom leaderboards after six months are rarely those who binge-played for two weeks — they're the ones who logged in daily, never left their Academy idle, ran their farm accounts, and participated in every event.

  • Pick one to two hero upgrade targets and invest only in them — avoid scatter-shot shard allocation
  • Maintain your daily routine: missions, research, construction, training, alliance help
  • Choose an alliance you enjoy playing with — player retention in guilds where people know each other is far higher than in anonymous mega-alliances
  • Don't burn out chasing top power. The game is a long-term competition. Steady, sustainable progress beats aggressive sprints followed by quitting
  • After each KvK, audit your losses — which troop type died fastest? What formation would have worked better? Adjust your strategy for the next one
The real end game: There is no finish line in Kingshot — new hero generations, new events, and new kingdoms keep the competitive field moving. The end game is finding a good alliance, playing your role well, and enjoying the warfare. The gear list and the tier list will keep changing. Good fundamentals don't.
