Strategy: Yang is built to stack probability on top of probability, and that's what makes his ceiling so high. Kin Throw already deals damage twice per cast — once on the way out, once on the return path, for roughly 280% Attack total — and Deadshot's innate 15% Crit Rate applies to every hit along the way, not just his skill. Combo then adds a 35% chance of a third hit on top of that. None of these are guaranteed individually, but stacked together his realistic damage output is well above what his base numbers suggest. Quick Draw (his exclusive skill) deserves specific attention in PvP: the five-shot barrage has a guaranteed 100% chance to knock down Escorts, which matters enormously against compositions that rely on an Escort hero to soak the opening hit — Yang simply removes that protection outright rather than fighting through it. Skill priority: Kin Throw first since it's both his main damage and hits twice, Deadshot second to raise the floor on every attack he makes, Combo third. Pair him with Vivian: her Crouching Tiger adds a flat 25% enemy damage taken on top of everything Yang is already rolling for, and unlike Sophia's Terror it's active immediately rather than needing setup time. Yang plus Vivian is currently the most consistent sustained-DPS Archer core in the game — consistent rather than swingy, which matters more in extended garrison fights than in one burst exchange.
