Strategy: Crouching Tiger is the best cost-to-impact skill in the game for one reason: it's unconditional. Unlike Sophia's Terror, which needs a turn or two to land before its bonus applies, Vivian's +25% enemy damage taken is active from the moment she enters the fight, and it applies to every troop type in your army simultaneously — Infantry, Cavalry, and Archer alike. That makes her a flat multiplier on whatever damage core you already have, which is exactly why she's the correct next hero to build regardless of what else your roster looks like. Gilded Barrage does double duty in PvP specifically: the 252% AoE damage is respectable, but the 50% Attack Speed reduction for 2 seconds is a direct counter to any hero whose kit leans on frequent procs — Yang's Combo, Margot's Sleight Hand, anything that needs attacks to land often to be strong. Slowing the enemy's attack rate reduces how many chances those procs get to fire in the first place. Skill priority: Crouching Tiger first without exception — it's both her signature ability and her main damage skill. Gilded Barrage second for the Attack Speed denial. Priceless Shot's damage-over-time is fine passive value but doesn't need early investment. For F2P and low-spend players specifically: once your Gen 1-2 core is functional, Vivian should be the very next priority over saving for Gen 6 pulls. A 25% army-wide damage multiplier outperforms almost any single Gen 6 hero you could get instead at that stage of the account.
