That reliability alone makes her the safest rally-lead pick of the generation, and her exclusive skill Moonlit Splendor stacks another +15% rally squad Attack specifically when she's the one initiating, so the bonus compounds exactly when it matters most. In combat, Starfall is her burst: Attack × 300% AoE damage plus a 1.5s stun on everything in range, buying her squad a window where the enemy can't respond before Arrow Storm (Attack × 140% AoE) follows up. One Hunt rewards a long fight — +2.5% Attack per enemy she's defeated, stacking up to 15 times — so she scales up rather than falling off in extended engagements like Bear Hunt.
